Considering that all the companies belonging to the group are basically industrial companies in nature, it was necessary that a dynamic complex of an economic / commercial nature should be established in order to meet the requirements connected with the group in the sphere of raw materials, to update information and technology, to upgrade qualitative levels and … until 2004, the organization structure of Asian Golden Unity Co. and all its activities were aimed at supplying raw materials to the group’s manufacturing companies, at making consultations and at establishing links with the world’s renowned companies in a bid to employ updated technology for production and, also, purchase of required equipment and machinery.

In 2004, Asian Golden Unity Company’s unrivalled capabilities caused the board of directors more seriously take the issue of foreign trade into consideration. Therefore, a study of the market in connection with different industries, especially the auto industry, was put on the company’s agenda. After intelligent studies had been made, the advantages of interaction with Germany’s battery-making company VARTA came to be known by the company.

Necessary consultations were then made in order for this company to act as the sole agent in Iran. The consultations resulted in the said company’s agreements being obtained.
